The staff is welcoming, and the owner too. It has a marvellous and stunning location really close to the old town and beach, the beach area and Shanklin old town, and a cliff.

Neat, airy units provided with big balcony, fabulous views plus a fantastic view. All in all magnificent and absolutely perfect location, near to shops & places and the island.

Very good service, although a few employees were not particularly helpful. The hotel had perfect and nice location right by historical Shanklin, beautiful gardens and magnificent views. And it was within walking distance of Shanklin seafront.
Beds were very small in this place.

There were toast, cereal, pastries, and fruit for breakfast. This accommodation was in the central location on the cliff top.

Got small double room with view when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. I had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. The location was excellent and stunning because it was adjacent to village centre, and the cliff, next to Shanklin Chine. Besides, just a few minutes from a wooded coastal ravine.
Some people working there were not particularly helpful.

The rooms are spotless and airy with a fantastic view, and the location is wonderful prepared to walk up-and-down many of the surrounding hills. They provide toast, cereal, pastries, and fruit, that is brilliant.

The staff is amazingly nice, the breakfast perfect, the location is stunning just next door to Old Village, the garden with a sea view, and an amazing restaurant with incredible view. All in all they offer good service. The hotel has a comfortable bar.

Clean and wonderful small place, has stunning views over the sea. Everyone who works in the hotel is VERY HELPFUL and attentive. The units are airy, great-sized. The breakfast is savoury with lots of things to eat and drink. Offers very good service and outstanding food.
